In order to receive support requests sent to your company email address, you need to configure email forwarding in your email server (for example, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook) to forward all incoming mail to your Casengo mailbox. You can find the email address to forward to in the setting of your mailbox in Admin Settings. For your first mailbox, which is already created for you when you sign up, this address is @casengomail.com.
