Connecting your WhatsApp to Casengo:

Step 1:
Upgrade your account to the paid Enterprise package. This is only package in which the Whatsapp functionalities are available.

Step 1:
Make sure your mobile phone is activated with the sim-card in the phone. Make sure the simcard you try to connect has not been connected to Whatsapp before.

Step 2:
Open the WhatsApp Channel page https://login.casengo.com/admin/#!/channels/whatsapp and sent a Whatsapp setup request

Step 3:
Start a chat on Casengo.com between 9:00 and 17:30 CET to finalise the Whatsapp connection with one of our support employees.

Done! You have successfully connected WhatsApp to your Casengo!
