Casengo is currently available in English, Dutch, Russian and German. The language setting is a global setting, meaning the language you select will be universally seen by every agent attached to the account. How to change the language
1. Go to General
in the Admin Settings
2. Click the Language
option from the left-hand menu
the language you want the account to be in and click on Change
to save your changes.
