Do you end every message with the same lines? Then it’s pretty handy to set a signature. This can be done for each individual mailbox.
How to add your signature

1. In the Admin Settings, go to the Channels tab
2. Select Mailboxes from the left-hand menu
3. Click on the Edit Mailbox Account icon
4. Scroll down to Signature and put in the signature content in the provided text box.
5. Click Save.

This signature will now be put underneath all emails from this mailbox, from every user on the account. To personalize the signature for every agent, use the {AGENT_NAME} or {AGENT_NICK} tag.
