Cool, your Bigcommerce connection is all set up - now it's time for step 2: Install the chat on your website!

How to install chat on your Bigcommerce
1. Go to Casengo Admin > Channels and click on Appearance in the Chat menu
2. Configure the colors, size and position of the chat. Scroll down and copy the code
3. Go to your Bigcommerce admin > Setup & Tools and click on Live Chat
4. Check the box saying Other Third Party Live Chat Service and click Save
5. Click on the tab Other Third Party Live Chat Service, paste the code from Casengo and make sure that the location is set to At the top of the page.

Click Save and you're good to go!
