Adding users to your account is easy. Go to the Admin Settings and you will be presented with the Agents screen first. Now all you need to do is:
1. Click the blue Add agent
2. Enter the required details: Name; Username (email address); Nickname & Password.
3. Check the Set the administrator
box if the agent is to have full account privileges.
4. Hit Save
