You can change your email from address if you like. If you forward your existing email to a Casengo mailbox it's preferable to set an email From address. To make sure all replies from your customer will end up in the Casengo universal inbox, use the same email address here as the one you forwarded your email from.

How to change your from address
1. Go to the Casengo Admin
2. Click Channels > Mailbox and click the edit icon
3. Type in your from address in the from address field
4. Save your settings and you’re done!

Tip: You can also assign a label to your mailbox which automatically adds one or more custom labels or tags to all received email, for example if you use Casengo in multiple environments like departments or brands you can identify them here.
