A push notification is sent when you receive a new case, when a case gets updated, or when a new case has been assigned to you. If you don’t receive a push notification, start by checking if you installed the latest the version of the app. Next, make sure you enabled the push notifications in the mobile app:

How to enable push notifications

1. Log in at your mobile Casengo app
2. Press the setting button at the top left corner of the inbox
3. Scroll down to push notifications
4. Turn the three switches on (green)

Do you still have trouble receiving push notifications? Try to delete the app and download it again from the Play Store / App Store. You have to log in once in order to get any push notifications.
